You shall compensate and hold us safe from any loss, harm, destruction or vandalism which arises because of the following claim;

(3) Paying us for any judicial fees and expenditure which are involved.
The Company will not be liable for any accident, death, hazardous event, damage or hold up of any sort of its workers, employees, marketing staff, media members, and relevant authorities which is caused by either the usage of our website through the received information or in case any party was recommended of such a possibility of damages.

Return and Refund Policy:

Due to the traditional and customized nature of printed products and their related services we provide you, we expect you to let us know within 1-2 working business days after acknowledging your confirmed order, while we expect you to intimate us about any defective part of the products or which is not as per your ordered specifications. If the customer approve digital layout then we send that job to our production team for printing same day. We cannot refund if job is sent to our production team.We are unable to refund or credit a part of a completed task to you but we may reprint your original order if the defect, fault, or mismatching with your specifications are found on our part. The right to determine the defect or the defective part lies with our management. To get the reprinting of the defected or faulted task, you must provide us the digital photos or documentation of the product defect or fault, returning at your own expense, the full quantity of the consignment to us within 7 working days after taking the original consignment delivery. Now, the additional charges, incurred upon the expedited orders and processing are non-refundable.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations:

Due to our customized character of printed products and other related services, the complete processing of your orders for printing tasks or related printing services will not start at our end until a full and all payment, including total charges, including taxes, shipping, and handling charges are fully paid by the credit card or by any other user of website by adopting the reasonable, appropriate and customary payment method.

As a part of order placement, we require the customers of our website to approve the proof of the file of the printing products or the services they order. Following the approval of proof by the customers, the printing jobs are sent to the press.
Once a print job has been approved by customers and sent to press on or via our website, no changes are allowed to the artwork files and job specifications. You have a limited time of 4-hours after approval of the proof to cancel your order.
Such cancellation will carry a charge of 30% of the total order amount before the order is canceled. You may also cancel orders after approving the job for printing within a 12-hour time limit. Such cancellation will carry a charge of 60% of the total order amount to cover work is done in our pre-press department and financial costs associated with cancellation. After 12 hour, we cannot refund the paid amount.

Design Orders:

Thecustomizepackaging.com does not issue refunds or credits for any design service orders. All design orders once placed are final and non-refundable.

Customer Submitted Files:

Our designers use the provided artwork of the users from our website to create new designs. We need your artwork or design files in 300 dpi (dots per inch) in the final form and CMYK format. If you provide the files in other font sizes and not with CMYK format the company will not be considered responsible for blurred, exaggerated, or printing different than your demands.

Proof and Color Accuracy:

We require the users and customers of our website to approve (whether an electronic file or hard copy) the printing products or other services they order. No job will be sent to the press without your approval of proof. It is thus your responsibility to log in to the account and check on the proof. We are not liable for delays in the order caused by the customer’s non-approval of the proof. The customer is fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof.
Please review your proof thoroughly prior to approval. You should check it against the original file for possible errors in layout, copy, spacing, punctuation or image placement and proportion, bleeds, crops, and final text. Electronic proofs do not show transparency, overprint issues, or color change from RGB or Pantone to CMYK. We are not liable for the final color appearance of laminated products.
The customer is fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof. We will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density. Because of inherent limitations with the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing an order with us you agree to this limitation. If Customer having more than one design then we first approve all design and then we send sample of one design so customer can check quality and printing.
Overruns/Underruns:
We will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. In the event of an underrun, we will bill for the actual quantity delivered. We follow the generally accepted trade practice of delivering plus or minus 5%of the ordered quantity.
No Liability for Errors:

Thecustomizepackaging.com is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following: Misspelling, and Grammar, Damaged Fonts Graphics, Bleeds, Punctuation, Wrong, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Cracks on Folds, Overprint Finished Product and Size. Thecustomizepackaging.com does not use gang printing for most printing products. At times and based on the requirements of our individual website user and customer, we may choose a printing method that is best suited for a particular print item.

Production Speed, Shipping, and Delivery of orders:

Once you have paid or sent the complete amount of your order to the company and shared your order with artwork/file either in hard form or electronic form, and agreed upon the shared content, which is reviewed by the press department then the production speed and printing turnaround time starts. Placing an order on our website you can select the production speed which shows the no of working days from printing to the shipment. You should send your agreement to the proof before 10 AM Eastern Standard Time. The Company and employees try their best to provide you your products in time via shipping. In case of any delay, thecustomizepackaging.com is not liable for any loss/damage done because of the delay in shipping. Thecustomizepackaging.com accepts that company is not responsible for any delay because of the weather or customs issues which cannot be controlled directly by us.
You agree to pay all customs duties and fees on good that we are shipped to their respective locations. It is the responsibility of the customers to make arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Thecustomizepackaging.com offers free 5 Business Days ground shipping to any one location per order within the USA and UK with no quantity or weight limit. Shipping to the additional destination will be charged extra. We do not guarantee shipping and delivery transit times and are not responsible for the delay, loss, damage, or theft of the printing products during shipping and delivery. Thecustomizepackaging.com will not liable for damages that occur in shipping. Lost or damaged shipment claims can be filed after 20 days from the package shipment date., If you provide us incorrect shipment delivery address or otherwise make an error in the submission of the complete delivery address, we will charge additional shipping and handling charges for re-shipment.
