Customers must notify thecustomizepackaging.com within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. We will provide completely refund to our customer.
If customers wants to get Custom Samples before major production of order then we will send them samples so that customer can check quality and printing. For this we will not charge extra for samples. Customer will only have to process his order by paying total order amount. After getting samples if customer would not proceed with us for any reason then we will refund all amount to client same day.
